Online Coaching Sessions
On-line coaching is a cost effective and efficient method of coaching our clients. With access to technology we can provide coaching services in any time zone! Typically the ED will receive weekly one hour coaching sessions that prove to be productive and beneficial for operational advancements.
Face to Face Coaching Sessions
If your organization is in the Chicagoland area we can provide face-to-face coaching services at your location or nearby; making it convenient if your organization plans to offer other services such as in-house workshops, team building experiences and other group events later.

Our fees
Fees for Services
Fees are based on a sliding scale. We use the organization's balance sheet or 990's to determine a reasonable rate. We will work with you to make sure you have access to coaching.
